As a bilingual (French and English) Registered Social Worker with five years of experience, my journey into therapy began with my own transformative experience in my early 20s. What started as discomfort turned into a profound space for growth, and it was in that journey that I found my passion for supporting others. I believe true transformation takes courage, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you face life’s challenges.
